How ARC runs client SEO on OpenSEO, and what ten client sites did in Google Search between June and October 2026. Search figures come straight from Search Console, Google's own record, not an estimate.
We don't let a model's opinion decide what gets written, refreshed or merged. OpenSEO pulls the data first. We decide from that, ship the work, and Search Console scores it.
A site audit, keyword and ranking data, competitors and local map grids for every domain, refreshed on the 1st and 15th.
For each query: write a new page, refresh what ranks, merge duplicates, fix the page, or do nothing.
Articles, refreshes, internal links and on-page fixes go out through Harbor, with every action logged as evidence.
Clicks, impressions and position, every day. Outcomes at 28 and 90 days feed back into the next pull.
Pick a client. The pink line is the 7-day average and the bars are daily totals. White ticks mark articles we published.
The other SEO accounts on the program. Some are new, some are early, and some are flat. We show all of them.
From 1 August to 5 October 2026, across the whole SEO program.
We started with an OpenSEO pull. Its Google Business Profile already ranked well in the map pack, but the website earned almost no clicks, and the blog ranked for nothing. So the work went into the homepage instead of more posts, and a services section shipped on 24 September.
This was an ads client first. On the day SEO was added (7 October), the account got an OpenSEO project, a site audit and a local map grid. We now onboard every new SEO engagement this way.
Source. Search figures come from Google Search Console (web search), synced into Harbor every day. Sessions come from Google Analytics 4. Audit counts come from the most recent OpenSEO crawl for each domain.
Windows. Month comparisons use calendar months. Where Search Console tracking began mid-period, we compare equal-length windows and say so on the case.
Attribution. Search moves for reasons beyond our work, such as seasonality and algorithm updates. Each case states what we did and what we can't claim.
Ownership. Some sites are ARC-owned brands, and they're labeled that way. Client names are withheld by default.
